Company Story

Kaplan Peak Performance Consulting founded by Don Kaplan in 2019, provides individual and organizational improvement services across many operational disciplines including; all components of sales, performance management, business development, executive leadership and change management.

In addition to running his own company in the early 1990’s, Don spent over 30 years at large publicly held organizations where he enjoyed a series of progressive roles and responsibilities in many corporate functions. During the majority of his corporate career, he worked almost exclusively with small to large privately held businesses.

As a result, Don is uniquely positioned to tailor and customize modern business practices utilized by the world’s largest corporations to appropriately fit small to mid-size organizations.
